Glow On, Armor Up Sweepstakes

Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Sponsor

The Glow On, Armor Up Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by surFACE Skin Co. (“Sponsor”). All decisions by the Sponsor regarding this Sweepstakes are final and binding.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of surFACE Skin Co., its affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, and immediate family members or individuals living in the same household as these persons are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on 12/12 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and ends on 12/22 at 11:59 p.m. ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

There are two (2) ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

1. Social Media Entry via TikTok or Instagram:

1. Follow Sponsor’s official TikTok account (@surfaceskinco) or Instagram account (@thesurfaceskinco).
2. Like the official Glow On, Armor Up Sweepstakes post on TikTok or Instagram.
3. Tag friends in the comments. Each friend tagged must be in a separate comment to count as an entry. Each tagged friend will also receive one (1) entry.
• IMPORTANT: You may not tag the same friend more than once on the same platform. However, you may tag the same friend on both TikTok and Instagram for separate entries.
4. Optional Multiplier: Share the post on your Instagram story or TikTok feed and tag @surfaceskinco (TikTok)/ @thesurfaceskinco (Instagram). If you share the post, each of your entries will receive a 5x multiplier. For example, if you tagged five friends and shared the post, your five entries would multiply to 25.

1. Email Entry (Alternative Method):

If you do not use social media or prefer not to enter through TikTok or Instagram, you may send an email to connectwithus@surfaceskinco with the subject line “Glow On, Armor Up Entry.” Include the following:

• Your full name, email address, mailing address, and age.
• The full name, email address, and mailing address of the friend you would like to “gift” the additional portion of the prize to. This individual must reside at a different address and meet all eligibility requirements.

5. Entry Limits

• Individuals may enter multiple times across both TikTok and Instagram by tagging unique friends in separate comments.
• You may not tag the same friend multiple times on a single platform.
• Sharing the post on your Instagram story or TikTok feed multiplies your entries by five (5).
• Entries from TikTok and Instagram will be combined into one pool, and winners will be drawn from this combined pool.
• Limit: Only one (1) winner per household. The individual you select as your “bestie” for gifting must reside outside your household.

6. Prize

Winner will be selected to receive the following prize package:

• One (1) year’s supply of Urban Armor products from surFACE Skin Co., including four shipments of Kale Yeah Protein Cleanser, Spiked Tonic Spritzer, Glowji Berry Glaze, and Screen Sheen Beauty Cream.  The first shipment will be mailed following the conclusion of the contest.  Three additional shipments will be mailed at the start of quarters two, three, and four in 2025 (i.e., on or around 4/1/2025, 7/1/2025, and 10/1/2025).
• One (1) additional prize package of Urban Armor products to the friend tagged on the selected entry.  This prize includes a single set/shipment of Urban Armor products including Kale Yeah Protein Cleanser, Spiked Tonic Spritzer, Glowji Berry Glaze, and Screen Sheen Beauty Cream.  This prize will be mailed following the conclusion of the contest.

Total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize package: $608 (year’s supply) and $152 (single set).

7. Winner Selection and Prize Claiming

The winner of the Sweepstakes will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winning entry will be tagged in the original sweepstakes post on TikTok or Instagram, as applicable, within a commercially reasonable time after the drawing.

Tagged winners must contact surFACE Skin Co. via direct message or email at connectwithus@surfaceskinco.com within 48 hours of being tagged to confirm their eligibility and provide the necessary information (including first name, last name, age, mailing address, and the name and contact information of the friend they tagged) to claim the prize. If a winner does not respond within the specified time frame, is found to be ineligible, or declines the prize, an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries at surFACE Skin Co.’s sole discretion.

By entering, participants consent to having their usernames tagged in the event they are selected as a winner. Entrants also acknowledge that their participation does not guarantee a prize unless eligibility is confirmed in accordance with these Official Rules.

8. General Conditions

1. By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor.
2. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be violating the rules or tampering with the Sweepstakes process.
3. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless surFACE Skin Co., its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize.

10. Privacy

Information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
